I am a mother, who after having my third child realized I had a lot of cakes in my future - birthdays, preschool parties, holiday celebrations, etc. I tried every bakery, grocery store and warehouse club in a 30 mile radius searching for what I wanted, cakes that had the ooh,aah factor. An incredible combination of flour, sugar and eggs that not only was a feast for the eyes but also the tastebuds. Wishful thinking! So I figured, I would take some classes so I could do it myself.
